Welcome to my blog.
First thing first: I am not a Control4 nor SnapOne employee. I am not affiliated with them nor sponsored by them. I am not paid by anyone for the tutorials you will find in this blog.
Soooooooo,
It seems that I may have too much time on my hands. So, I decided to share the little things that I have learned about Control4 over the years with you. I am not the best, nor will I ever claim to be. What I will be sharing is nothing but things that I have accumulated through my interactions with people smarter than and my own experience.
I have been a custom installer for the last 18 years. Not really much compared to some of the giants that I have met over the years. I took my first Control4 class in 2005 at a Circuit City Store (RIP) in South Florida. After that, I got certified in Utah and got certified 2 more times in North Carolina in the last 12 years. Don’t ask why I got certified 3 times (It is a long story). I own a Home Automation Company in beautiful Hampton, Georgia. Go ahead and check us out at www.premiumaudiovideo.com.
In any case, I will only teach programming that requires that you have already been certified or have a working knowledge of composer. I will use only 3.x.x version only. However, most of the programming can be done 2.10 or even earlier. With just some exceptions.
So let me know in the comments if you think that this blog might be useful to you. Also, if they are something you would like for me to cover, just let me know. I will try to get some ideas from the 2 Control4 Facebook forums.
